Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, confirming the handling of securities for dematerialization, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
